Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Less than 2 years in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, or related field.
• CSCP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
• Familiar with inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability.
• Experience with temperature-controlled handling and cold chain requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation.
• Update warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation for traceability.
• Identify on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and route them per procedures.
• Coordinate material movement using approved warehouse equipment for safe flow.
• Prepare packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
• Escalate non-standard handling or inventory issues for timely follow-up.
