Job summary

Fastenal Co. in Denton, TX is hiring for a part-time Sortation role at our Airport Rd distribution center. You will help move product, organize outgoing orders, and prepare shipments for our company-owned branches.

This entry-level position offers up to 28 hours per week with a flexible schedule after onboarding. Ideal candidates are team-oriented, possess basic computer skills, and can work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Organizing shipments into correct containers.
• Packing product in layers to ensure stability and efficient space usage.
• Identifying fragile product and process accordingly.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of work area.
• Complying with health, safety and sustainability rules and expectations.
• Participating in activities and programs that help the company achieve health, safety and sustainability objectives.
• Learning, passing, and practicing various environmental health and safety trainings.
