Job summary

Allied Universal in Hampstead, MD is hiring a Security Officer – Warehouse Incident Response Patrol for part-time hours with fixed anchor shifts. This role offers reliable, schedule-based hours at a logistics site and the option to pick up additional shifts through the scheduling platform to increase earnings.

You will provide customer service, enforce site policies, respond to incidents, patrol loading areas, monitor access points, and document activities for leadership review.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations; escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, warehouses, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe movements of personnel, visitors, and vehicles.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities; communicate information to leadership.
