• High school diploma required.
• 1-3 years’ experience in retail or warehouse environment.
• Proficient in KLMaint functions including payments, order processing, and will call tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment; troubleshoot payment and stock issues.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and clear communication.
• Identify root causes of common customer service issues.
• Email, phone, and Slack communication with customers.
• Resolve CS Module incidents accurately and promptly.
• Use TCB app for bin locating, stowing, and will call logs.
• Stow will call orders and ensure completion.
• Participate in monthly will call sweeps and inventory cycles.
• Assist with packing, staging, and transmitting local delivery orders.
• Prepare outbound pallets and handle inbound inventory.
• Support curbside pickup flow and staging of orders.
• Assist locker customers; maintain facility safety and cleanliness.
