Job summary

San Francisco ARC, part of The Salvation Army, is seeking a Warehouse Associate (Part Time) to join the Operations Team. The role requires physically handling materials, sorting items, inspecting for defects, and directing products to the proper department within our San Francisco Distribution Center.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, the ability to read and follow instructions, and be able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• GED or better.
• Ability to read and write and to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Sorting product efficiently and properly according to TSA policy.
• Providing Quality Assurance by inspecting products for defects and damages.
• Identifying product correctly and directing to proper department for processing.
• Collecting merchandise from the distribution center and safely transporting materials.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
