K&L Wine Merchants in San Francisco is seeking a Part-Time Retail Operations Associate to support order fulfillment, inventory control, and warehousing for the retail facility. Qualifications

• 1-3 years in retail or warehouse environment.
• Proficient with KLMaint functions including credit card transactions, will call generation/processing, and order handling.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent email and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jack, hand truck, etc.).
• Proficient in Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently; resolve common payment and stock issues.
• Support a positive team environment and align with company culture and goals.
• Identify root causes of typical customer service issues.
• Communicate professionally by email, in person, and via Slack; respond timely.
• Handle CS Module incidents and use the TC B app for bin locating and order staging.
• Stow will-call orders and complete bin locating and organization of orders.
• Assist with monthly will call sweeps and inventory control processes.
• Assist with fetching/packing/transmitting local delivery orders.
• Perform outbound pallets prep, inbound receiving, and general warehouse duties.
• Provide curbside pickup service and assist locker customers with access.
• Maintain shipping materials and keep the facility clean and safe.
