Fastenal Co. is hiring for a Part-time Picking position at our 6445 Fulton Industrial Blvd distribution center in Atlanta, GA. You will pick items, pack orders, label with routing numbers, and move products to next departments using pallet jacks or forklifts as needed.

This entry-level role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with up to 28 hours per week after onboarding. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Proficient written and oral communication skills.
• Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented.
• Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule/extra time as needed.

• Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 100lbs.
• Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)
