Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a reliable and dedicated part-time Warehouse Loader/Unloader to join our UniFirst community in the branch warehouse. You will support the timely flow of incoming and outgoing garments and products, with on-the-job training provided. The schedule runs Monday–Friday with weekends off.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED equivalent required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations using US customary units.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inbound Product Handling: unload clean product from plant transport shuttle, sort and stage items by route and delivery day, piece in garments to ensure inclusion with the correct route.
• Outbound Product Preparation: audit carts, verify against load sheets, communicate shortages, load route trucks.
• Soil and Return Processing: unload and sort soiled garments and products by material type, load onto outbound shuttle for return to processing plant.
• Inventory and Stock Management: organize, load reductions, receive, label, and store incoming vendor deliveries.
• Warehouse Organization and Safety: maintain a clean, safe, organized environment and follow safety procedures.
• Other Duties: perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor or management.
