Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National, or otherwise eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs.
• Flexible shift availability (up to 5 days/week).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent; management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Package Handlers and train workgroups to ensure safety, production and attendance.
• Set and maintain high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service and organization.
• Create a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication across departments.
• Develop and implement employee development plans and provide coaching.
