UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance within a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role involves training, developing, and directing workgroups to achieve high standards in productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization and safety.

The position emphasizes leadership across all levels of the organization, fostering a positive, collaborative team culture and driving continual improvement through coaching and performance reviews.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience managing teams preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times, and operate in compliance with department, station, corporate and local government requirements.
• Manages department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Establishes and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication and inter-departmental cooperation.
• Implements employee development plans to support ongoing growth of department personnel.
• Ensures all employees receive orientation, training, materials, and regular evaluations.
