Sway is hiring a Part-Time Warehouse Lead for the Morning Shift in Richmond, CA. This hands-on role focuses on sorting, scanning, organizing, and moving packages to ensure smooth daily fulfillment and outbound flow.

You will train new associates, serve as the on-site shift lead, and coordinate with drivers while maintaining safety and hygiene standards. Growth opportunities exist as the team expands.

About the Role

We are hiring a Part-Time Warehouse Lead to support operations. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, focused on sorting, scanning, organizing, and moving packages to ensure smooth daily fulfillment and outbound flow.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, sort, and organize inventory with accuracy
• Assist the team in managing incoming and outgoing shipments
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse layout to keep things running smoothly
• Help train and guide new associates on standard operating procedures
• Be the on-site point person during your shift for team coordination and questions
• Communicate delivery issues, delays, or other concerns to the HQ team
• Coordinate with drivers for pickups and deliveries as needed
• Double-check shipments, delivery photos, and labels for accuracy
• Share ideas with the Operations Manager to make processes more efficient
• Suggest workflow improvements that could make the team’s job easier
• Help ensure safety and hygiene standards are followed each shift
