Job summary

Fastenal Co. in New Jersey is seeking a Part-time Warehouse Associate at our NJ location (180 Gold Mine Rd, Flanders). You will handle inventory, receive, pick, pack, ship, and cycle count products, and may perform local deliveries with a company vehicle.

The role requires 18+ and a valid driver's license, with proficiency in communication and computers. Onsite work with up to 28 hours/week and potential schedule flexibility after onboarding and goal achievement.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Possess a current full valid driver's license and meet driving record requirements
• Proficient written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
• Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
• Demonstrate attention to detail and strong sense of urgency
• Work independently as well as in a team environment

• Lift, slide, carry and lower packages 25lbs-50lbs up to 75lbs
• Pass drug screen where applicable in US locations

• Making local deliveries with a company vehicle as necessary
