Job summary

Iaq LLC in San Antonio, TX is seeking a part-time Warehouse & Material Manager to organize inventory, keep the shop tidy, and support field technicians with the right parts and tools each morning.

You will load and stock trucks, handle vendor pickups, maintain warehouse cleanliness, perform inventory checks, and track tool check-outs to prevent losses. This role is part-time, 25 hours per week, with a 7:00 AM–12:00 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• Availability Monday-Friday 7:00–12:00
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities

Responsibilities

• Load, organize, and restock field service trucks daily so technicians have materials before departure.
• Run local errands to pick up materials, equipment, and parts from vendors using the company vehicle.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse space with proper shelving and sweeping.
• Receive shipments, inspect parts for quality, and keep accurate stock counts.
• Track tool check-outs and report any damaged or missing equipment immediately
