Job summary

Fastenal Co. is seeking a part-time Warehouse Associate for our Concord, NC location. You will help manage inventory, receive, pick, pack, ship, and perform cycle counts while contributing to efficient branch operations.

The role may offer a flexible schedule after onboarding and performance onboarding milestones, with a focus on safety and productivity. Candidates should be able to lift 25–75 lbs and pass standard screening requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver's license and meet driving record requirements for company vehicle use.
• Proficient written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities.
• Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented.
• Attention to detail and sense of urgency.

• Lifting, sliding, carrying 25–50 lbs, up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining branch inventory.
• Receiving, picking, packaging, shipping, and cycle counting inventory.
• Making local deliveries with a company vehicle as necessary.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Performing other duties to support branch success.
