Job summary

Fastenal Co. in Louisville, KY is seeking a Part-time Warehouse Associate to help manage branch inventory, handle receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counting, and make occasional local deliveries with a company vehicle.

You will work a schedule that spans multiple days with 10–28 hours per week, starting at 7:00am and ending by 5:00pm, and there may be flexibility after onboarding based on performance goals.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Possess a current full valid driverLicense
• Proficient written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
• Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
• Demonstrate attention to detail and strong sense of urgency

• Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs
