Job summary

Fastenal Co. is seeking a Part-time Warehouse Associate at our City Of Industry, CA branch. You will manage inventory, assist with receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counts, and may perform local deliveries using a company vehicle.

Work hours include multiple weekdays with up to 28 hours per week. The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, reliability, and a customer-service mindset in a fast-paced industrial distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and meet driving record requirements.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities.
• Customer service oriented and self-directed.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs, may weigh up to 75 lbs.
• Pass drug screen (US, Puerto Rico and Guam).

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining branch inventory.
• Receiving, picking, packaging, shipping, and cycle counting inventory.
• Making local deliveries with a company vehicle as necessary.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
