Job summary

Fastenal Co. in Sedalia, MO is hiring a Part-time Warehouse Associate. The role supports inventory management, receiving, picking, packaging and shipping, plus occasional local deliveries from the Sedalia branch at 410 N State Fair Blvd, Sedalia, MO 65301.

The position offers a flexible schedule after onboarding and performance goals, with shifts from Monday to Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm, up to 28 hours per week. Applicants must be at least 18 and hold a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must possess a current valid driver’s license and meet driving record requirements for company vehicle use.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization, planning and prioritization abilities.
• Highly motivated, self-directed and customer-service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain branch inventory.
• Receive, pick, package, ship, and cycle count inventory.
• Make local deliveries with a company vehicle as needed.
