Job summary

Fastenal is hiring a Part-time Warehouse Associate for our MOJEF Public Store in Jefferson City, MO. The role focuses on inventory management, receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and optional local deliveries.

The schedule is MON–FRI with mornings, offering up to 28 hours per week. Candidates should be at least 18, hold a valid driver’s license, have strong communication and computer skills, and deliver quality service while working independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Driver's license valid in the location and able to meet driving record requirements for a company vehicle.
• Proficient written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities.
• Self-motivated, customer service oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
• Demonstrate core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork.
• Lift/carry 25–50 lbs, up to 75 lbs, as needed and pass pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain branch inventory and perform receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counting.
• Make local deliveries with a company vehicle as necessary.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Perform other duties to support branch success.
