Job summary

Fastenal is seeking a Part-time Warehouse Associate at our Honolulu branch (723 Umi St, Honolulu, HI 96819). You will handle inventory, receive/pick/pack ships, and may perform local deliveries with a company vehicle. Flexible scheduling may be available after onboarding and performance goals are met.

The role requires 18+ age, a valid driver’s license, strong communication and computer skills, and the ability to lift 25–75 lbs. Drug screening may be required in the US.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must hold a current full valid driver’s license and meet driving record requirements.
• Proficient written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Able to learn multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities.
• Self-motivated and customer-service oriented.
• Ability to lift 25–75 lbs (up to 75 lbs).
• Pass the required drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining branch inventory.
• Receiving, picking, packaging, shipping, and cycle counting inventory.
• Making local deliveries with a company vehicle as necessary.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Performing other duties as needed to ensure branch success.
