Job summary

W.W. Grainger, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Associate in Honolulu for part-time work at our local facility. You will support inventory integrity, pick, pack, stage, and ship orders while maintaining a safe, clean workspace.

Responsibilities include receiving goods, processing transfers, handling backorders, and assisting customers in-store. Candidates should have a high school diploma and warehouse experience, with ability to lift up to 75 pounds and operate forklifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Warehouse/MIS handling experience preferred.
• Must be able to operate power equipment including forklifts.
• Experience with computerized scanning and PC-based programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive product on DC Trailer and put away to maximize cube space.
• Receive product from Branch Transfers (UPS, and other Carriers) to fulfill customer orders.
• Receive product on Hub Truck (Same Day Pickup) and process backorders and stock replenishment.
• Pick and Stage Will Call Orders to meet ready rate and expectations.
• Prepare and ship orders to meet cutoffs and regulatory standards.
• Process returns following BBX guidelines with necessary signatures.
• Prepare Hazmat orders and Next Day shipments per DOT and company requirements.
• Assist customers at the store and maintain showroom stock for a welcoming environment.
• Perform other tasks as directed by leadership.
