Utah Food Bank is seeking a Part-Time Warehouse Associate to support food movement, storage and distribution. You will help receive donations, label and store goods, and prep orders for partner agencies and clients.

This role emphasizes safety, accuracy and teamwork in a busy warehouse environment. Flexible evenings and weekend hours may be required; candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work with basic inventory software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse/distribution experience preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize food donations and inventory.
• Label and store goods to maintain accurate inventory.
• Pack and prepare food orders for distribution to partners.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Collaborate with team to optimize processes and efficiency.
• Assist in implementing warehouse policies and procedures.
• Participate in routine inventory counts and audits.
• Provide friendly service to volunteers and visitors.
