Job summary

AKG is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate in Vernon Hills, IL, for Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. This part-time role supports order fulfillment, using pick tickets and scanners to locate items, pack accurately, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, be able to lift 50 lbs occasionally, and demonstrate reliability and punctuality. Prior warehouse experience and familiarity with scanners or WMS are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders daily using handheld scanning devices, meeting daily quotas.

• Document shipment details including tracking and address changes.
• Count finished products to verify orders are complete.
• Inspect products for quality and conformance to standards.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
