Job summary

Slumberland - Tollefson's Retail Group in Grand Rapids, MN is hiring a Part-Time Warehouse & Delivery Associate to support deliveries, warehouse organization, and showroom upkeep. This role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on providing a positive customer experience.

Starting pay is $16.50 per hour with benefits for part-time employees such as employee merchandise discounts, PTO, and 401(k) eligibility after waiting period.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license and MVR approval required.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds regularly.
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Pre-employment drug screening including cannabis testing as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with product deliveries and customer setup.
• Conduct routine delivery vehicle inspections and document mileage.
• Receive, move, and store merchandise safely.
• Operate manual and powered material-handling equipment safely.
• Maintain warehouse, showroom, and property appearance.
• Provide professional customer service during deliveries.
