Slumberland Grand Rapids in Minnesota is hiring a Full-Time Warehouse and Delivery Associate. You will assist with deliveries and safe operation of the delivery truck, as well as moving goods between receiving, showroom, and designated areas.

You will help with building and grounds maintenance and contribute to a positive customer experience on deliveries. A valid driver's license, DOT medical card, and ability to lift 75+ pounds are required; pre-employment drug testing applies.

Qualifications

Valid and insurable driver's license is required for driving.
Pre-employment drug testing required, including cannabis.
Ability to frequently lift and move 75+ pounds.
Must be approved for a DOT Medical Card to operate our store trucks.
High school diploma/GED preferred.
Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist with deliveries to customer locations and safe operation of the delivery truck, including daily inspections and tracking fluids and mileage.
Move materials from receiving areas to showroom and designated areas, ensuring proper handling and safety with manual lifts and power equipment.
Assist with building and grounds maintenance.
Support showroom and warehouse display and provide exceptional customer service on deliveries.

Our Slumberland location in Grand Rapids, MN is currently hiring a Full-Time Warehouse and Delivery Associate to help our customers find their dream furniture solutions. This position reports directly to the Grand Rapids Slumberland Manager, who is excited to find the next addition to our team!

The Role of the Warehouse/Delivery Associate:

As a Warehouse/Delivery associate you would assist with deliveries to customer locations and safe operations of the delivery truck, to include daily inspections and tracking of fluids and mileage.
