Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate - Wire Cutter supports wire cutting operations in the warehouse. Runs the wire machine, maximizes cuts per reel, identifies wire based on labels, maintains batch codes, updates logs, fills special orders, and ensures accurate delivery and inventory management.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

• Operates the wire machine safely and effectively.
• Identifies wire based on reel labels and maintains batch codes.
• Performs calculations to maximize cuts per reel.
• Updates and maintains logs and inspection sheets.
• Fills customer orders, manages inventory, and maintains a clean work environment.
• Supports warehouse operations and communicates inventory issues.

Non-essential Functions

• Assists with order picking/packing and loading/unloading trucks.
• Reports maintenance or security concerns and assists with other tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Two-year business/trade degree or equivalent experience.
• Warehouse experience, forklift operation, electrical knowledge preferred.
• Valid driver's license and medical certification if driving.
• Proficiency in Windows, Internet, email, SAP is a plus.

Additional Information
