Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate - Wire Cutter supports wire cutting operations within the warehouse. Responsibilities include operating wire machines, maximizing cuts per reel, identifying wire types, maintaining logs, fulfilling special orders, and ensuring safety and organization in the workspace.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

• Operate wire cutting machinery safely and efficiently.
• Identify wire types via reel labels and maintain batch codes.
• Record cut measurements and update logs and inspection sheets.
• Manage inventory, including partial reels and stock locations.
• Prepare and dispatch customer orders accurately.
• Support warehouse operations, including damage reporting and safety compliance.

Non-essential Functions

• Assist with order picking, packing, and truck loading/unloading.
• Report maintenance needs and security concerns.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Two-year business/trade degree or equivalent experience.
• Warehouse experience preferred, including forklift operation and electrical product knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license and medical certification if driving company vehicle.
