Job summary

Benco Dental is seeking a Part-Time Warehouse Material Handler in Flower Mound, TX. You will stock materials, assemble and review orders for shipment, and safely operate warehouse equipment in a climate-controlled environment.

The role supports our driving dentistry forward mission and offers meaningful career opportunities. You will work Monday–Friday, 2:00–6:00 PM, earning $18.00/hour with potential to reach $19.00/hour after 6 months, plus a comprehensive benefits package starting Day 1.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and organization are essential.
• Ability to promote safe behaviors in a warehouse environment.
• Good reading skills to verify orders on shipping tickets.
• Basic math and reasoning skills required.

Responsibilities

• Stock materials accurately on shelves, racks, or designated areas.
• Assemble, fill and review orders to be shipped to customers.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment as needed.
• Pick and pack hazardous materials in compliance with CFR49 and IATA regulations.

Position Summary:

As a Part-Time Warehouse Material Handler at Benco Dental you will be responsible for overseeing the course of moving and distributing merchandise throughout our warehouse. Your role is an essential component in our company, as your accuracy and precision will allow our warehouses to remain organized and safe.

• Assemble, fill and review orders to be shipped to customers
• Safely operate all the necessary equipment in work areas
• Pick and pack hazardous material items according to the DOT Code of Federal Regulations (CFR49 & IATA Regulations)

Do YOU Meet These Requirements?

• Education:
  • HS Diploma/GED
• Physical:
  • Able to move/lift 50 lbs. unassisted
  • Able to withstand temperatures in a typical warehouse environment
  • Position spends 100% amount of time standing, walking, lifting, pulling and pushing
  • Position may require climbing of ladders for top-level selection
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
