Job summary

Sway is hiring a Warehouse Associate for our Miami, FL warehouse. You will support daily operations, handling receiving, sorting, loading, unloading, and organizing products, with growth into a team lead as we scale. This is a part-time onsite role with a $17.00/hour pay rate.

Responsibilities include inventory control, labeling, shipment monitoring, and coordinating with drivers, while maintaining safety and efficiency in a busy warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse or logistics experience.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic familiarity with warehouse systems or inventory software.
• Forklift certification (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory items.
• Process, sort, and accurately label packages.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Check and verify shipping labels for accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Communicate operational updates and needs to HQ.
• Coordinate and communicate with drivers for pickups and deliveries.
• Reschedule and track failed delivery attempts.
• Verify and review delivery photos for accuracy and compliance.
• Consolidate pickups and assist in processing outgoing shipments.
• Handle basic administrative tasks related to daily operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve or optimize warehouse procedures.

About the role

We’re seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support our day-to-day warehouse operations. In this role, you’ll handle receiving, sorting, loading, unloading, and organizing products while assisting with various warehouse tasks. You’ll begin as a key contributor on our team, with the opportunity to grow into a team lead position as Sway continues to expand.
