Sway in Miami, FL is hiring a Part-Time Warehouse Associate for the evening shift to support fast-paced order fulfillment. You will receive, unload, sort, scan, label, and organize packages, maintain inventory accuracy, coordinate with drivers, and help improve warehouse efficiency. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory and shipments.
• Sort, scan, and accurately label packages.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure shipment tracking is up to date.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and timeliness.
• Verify shipping labels and delivery information for correctness.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Coordinate with drivers to support pickups and deliveries.
• Track, review, and help resolve failed or exception deliveries.
• Review delivery photos for accuracy and compliance when needed.
• Assist with consolidating shipments and preparing outbound loads.
• Support basic administrative tasks related to daily operations.
• Identify and suggest opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency.
