Sway is hiring a Part-Time Warehouse Associate to support fast-paced operations in Richmond, CA. You will sort, scan, organize, and move packages to ensure timely daily fulfillment and outbound flow.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory and shipments.
• Sort, scan, and accurately label packages.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and tracking.
• Monitor shipments for accuracy and timeliness.
• Verify shipping labels and delivery information for correctness.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
• Coordinate with drivers for pickups and deliveries.
• Track and resolve failed or exception deliveries.
• Review delivery photos for accuracy when needed.
• Assist with consolidating shipments and outbound loads.
• Support basic administrative tasks related to daily operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency.

About The Role

We are hiring a Part-Time Warehouse Associate to support operations. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, focused on sorting, scanning, organizing, and moving packages to ensure smooth daily fulfillment and outbound flow.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory and shipments
• Sort, scan, and accurately label packages
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure shipment tracking is up to date
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and timeliness
• Verify shipping labels and delivery information for correctness
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Coordinate with drivers to support pickups and deliveries
• Track, review, and help resolve failed or exception deliveries
• Review delivery photos for accuracy and compliance when needed
• Assist with consolidating shipments and preparing outbound loads
• Support basic administrative tasks related to daily operations
• Identify and suggest opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency
