Job summary

St. Luke's in Meridian, ID is seeking a Warehouse Associate 2 for a part-time Day shift within a product distribution environment. Under supervision, you will handle receiving, shipping, packing, and stocking to ensure accurate orders and organized inventory.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and effectively use operating technology to prepare orders for shipment in accordance with standards
• Performs inventory control, stock rotation, and maintains accurate records of stock levels and locations
• Collaborate with other warehouse departments to ensure smooth operations, including picking, packing, and shipping teams
• Validate inventory to verify availability and perform discrepancy resolutions
• Notify supervisor of shortages or discrepancies for follow-up
• Inspect and verify incoming and outgoing shipments, process documentation, and organize materials
• Monitor supplies and notify supervisor when stocking levels are below targets
• Receive and unload materials from trucks and compare packing slips with purchase orders for accuracy
• Unpack, verify, and count received inventory and record purchases
• Inspect shipments for damages or defects and escalate as needed
• Stock shelves and operate equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks safely
• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accuracy
• Comply with company policies, safety guidelines, and regulations
• Assist in other warehouse tasks, including packing, labeling, and maintenance
• Serve as a role model and mentor to other employees
• Perform other duties as assigned
