Hazardous Materials training is required within 90 days of hire, and a high school diploma or GED is acceptable with substitutions for experience.

Qualifications

• Eighteen months experience performing warehousing related duties such as receiving, storing, issuing, shipping, operation of manual material movement equipment, etc.
• Hazardous Materials (HazMat) training within 90 days of hire per DOT regulations.
• Substitution of education for experience allows one year of high school education to substitute for 3 months of experience up to a High School Diploma or GED for 12 months of experience.

Responsibilities

• Receives and unloads incoming merchandise deliveries and verifies items against documentation.
• Stock warehouses and maintain location accuracy.
• Pulls merchandise for shipment or customer orders as directed.
• Assist in charge back area for over-shipped or damaged merchandise.
• Perform periodic inventories and assist in inventory preparation.
• Operate material handling equipment up to 10,000 pounds as needed.
