Job summary

The Navy Exchange Service Command is seeking a Home Delivery Warehouse Worker (Flex) at Pearl Harbor to receive, store, issue and ship merchandise in a busy warehouse environment. Starting pay is $25.26 per hour with a 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM shift, and duties include inspecting deliveries, stocking locations, pulling orders, and supporting inventory and charge back processes.

This role requires diligence and safety training within reasonable timeframes.

Qualifications

• Twelve months experience performing warehousing related duties.
• Hazardous Materials (HazMat) training within 90 days of hire per DOT regulations.
• Substitution of education for experience: one year of high school education may substitute for 3 months of experience up to a HS Diploma or GED for 12 months of experience.

Responsibilities

• Receives and unloads incoming merchandise deliveries; verifies items against documentation.
• Stock warehouses according to locations and maintains location accuracy.
• Pull merchandise for shipments, transfers, or customer orders as directed by system or supervisor.
• Assist in charge back area handling over shipped or damaged merchandise and processing.
• Perform periodic inventories and basic housekeeping to keep stock areas clean and orderly.
• Occasionally operate material handling equipment (MHE).
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
