Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking team members for our La Vergne warehouse to support evening shifts. You will cross-train across warehouse areas, conduct cycle counts, and keep the facility clean and safe.

Training is provided on your first day, with opportunities to learn basic maintenance tasks and floor-scrubbing certification. The role emphasizes reliability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on following SOPs and quality guidelines while reporting to a supervisor.

Qualifications

• No warehouse experience required; training provided on day one.
• Able to lift 30+ pounds.
• Able to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for the shift.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with computers or POS systems is a plus.

Job description

What Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health Warehouse

Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing of housekeeping duties. Duties include sweeping, emptying cardboard recycling containers, transporting and replacing of plastic recycling containers, general housekeeping duties of keeping the workplace tidy.

Schedule

Monday through Thursday, 4:00pm to 8:00pm

Responsibilities

• Cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse and participating in projects as needed.
• Perform inventory cycle counts
• Flexible with day-to-day tasks
• Perform housekeeping and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Basic maintenance duties.
• Willingness to train and be certified to drive floor scrubber to clean the facility.

• Maintains appropriate licenses, training, and certifications
• Works on routine assignments that require some problem resolution

Qualifications

Anticipated hourly range:$19.00 per hour - $19.60 per hour based on experience (includes shift differential)
