Utah Food Bank in St. George, UT is seeking a Part Time Warehouse Associate to support our mission of fighting hunger statewide.

You will handle movement, storage, and distribution of food products, ensuring efficient and accurate operations in the warehouse. Responsibilities include receiving donations, labeling, packing orders, maintaining safety, and operating equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, unloading, and organizing food donations and inventory.
• Ensure accurate labeling and storage to maintain inventory integrity.
• Pack and prepare food orders for distribution to partner agencies and clients.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse processes.
• Support implementation of warehouse policies and procedures.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts and audits to ensure stock accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service to volunteers and visitors.
