Job summary

DM FOOD SERVICE CORP is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support receiving shipments, picking/packing orders, and maintaining inventory in a refrigerated warehouse environment. The role includes operating forklifts and pallet jacks, with occasional local deliveries as business needs arise.

The candidate should be reliable, detail-oriented, and work well in a team, with the ability to assist with delivery responsibilities when required.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid California driver’s license required.
• Ability to safely operate company delivery vehicles as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery.
• Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain proper inventory organization and product rotation (FIFO).
• Follow food safety procedures for refrigerated and frozen products.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
• Report damaged products or inventory concerns to management.
• Assist with local customer deliveries as needed.
• Safely operate company delivery vehicles when authorized.
