Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a Warehouse Associate to assist with offloading, receiving, storing and distributing products. You will use bar code scanning and IT systems to track movement and inventory, while operating forklifts and cherry pickers as needed.

Daily tasks include stocking, order fulfillment, cycle counts, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work with standard warehouse equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED with 1–2 years in warehousing or related roles.
• Forklift certification required; cherry picker is a plus.
• Basic computer skills for inventory records and databases.

Responsibilities

• Receive, transport and stock inbound products; record stock locations.
• Fulfill orders by locating, transporting, offloading and scanning items.
• Perform inventory cycle counts as required for compliance.
• Operate heavy industrial equipment and work at heights with fall protection.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and follow safety regulations.
