Job summary

Fastenal Co. is seeking a Part-time Warehouse Associate at our Houston branch (11221 Cutten Rd, TX 77066). You will help manage inventory, process receiving and shipping, and perform cycle counts.

A local delivery option may be available with a company vehicle. Schedule is MON–FRI, with 10–28 hours per week and an onboarding period. Candidates should be 18+, possess a valid driver's license, and demonstrate strong communication, basic computer skills, organization, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to operate a company vehicle if required.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks.
• Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates organization, planning and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain branch inventory.
• Receive, pick, package, ship and cycle count inventory.
• Make local deliveries with company vehicle as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties to ensure branch success.
