Job summary

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Management, Marketing, Sales or related field OR relevant work experience in customer service/industry
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Highly motivated, self-directed and customer-service oriented
• Strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Strong organizational, planning and prioritizing abilities
• Strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making
• Demonstrate core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
• Ability to lift, slide, carry and lower packages weighing 25lbs-50lbs (up to 75lbs)
• Pass the required drug screen (US/PR/Guam)

Responsibilities

• Managing branch inventory levels
• Administering procurement functions, including purchase orders and backorder management
• Estimating/quoting prices and sourcing product
• Coordinating resources to respond to customer supply chain needs
• Supporting accounts receivable activities
• Making deliveries with a company vehicle as necessary
• Performing other duties as needed to ensure branch success
