Compensation:
This position is hourly, with pay starting at $23.70/hour, including three raises in 12 months that will increase your pay to $24.90/hour.

Why Join Our Team?
We are hiring full-time Warehouse Associates. You will report to a Warehouse Supervisor or Process Manager and work with other team members to complete warehouse tasks. Our location is at 6725 S. Todd Blvd, Tukwila, WA 98188.
Note: Starting in 2026, operations will transition to a new automated warehouse in Gresham, Oregon. We aim to retain as many team members as possible during this transition and will offer relocation assistance.
The longer you stay, the more you'll earn through wage increases, bonuses, and merit increases. Facility reassignments will be handled fairly and with respect, consistent with our 96-year history.
Shifts:
Day shift: Distribution Center Associate
Night shift: Distribution Center Associate
Annual Pay Increase & Quarterly Stay Bonus:
In 2024, all team members will receive a $1/hr pay increase as a stay incentive. In 2025, this will increase to $2/hr. Additionally, a $1,500 bonus will be awarded each quarter for continued employment through the facility's closure.
Relocation Assistance:
Eligible team members may receive relocation support for moving to the new Gresham facility in 2026. Details will be provided in 2025.
