Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a part-time warehouse associate in Minnesota to receive, pick, and stage merchandise for store shipments. Shifts are 1st or 2nd, starting at 7:00 AM or 3:00 PM, with fewer than 30 hours per week; starting wage $26.00–$28.00 per hour and thorough training provided.

Duties include stocking, relocating, sorting and loading goods, assisting with inventory counts, and maintaining safety and cleanliness in ambient and temperature-controlled areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and handle merchandise.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Receives or selects stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocates merchandise within the warehouse per handling guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes and loads merchandise for shipment.
• Participates in warehouse inventory counts per guidelines.
• Maintains safety, cleanliness and follows company policies.
