Training and safety programs prepare associates for success, with various shifts and wage scales by schedule. Starting wages range from $23.00 to $31.00 per hour, with earnings reflecting shift differentials and schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures.
• Strong basic arithmetic and counting skills.

Responsibilities

• Receives or selects (outbound) stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocates merchandise throughout the warehouse per handling guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise for shipment and unloads incoming stock.
• Performs general cleaning to meet safety and appearance standards.
• Participates in warehouse inventory counts and accuracy checks.
• Cooperates with peers, suppliers, and leadership through effective communication.
• Provides input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspects product quality and safety concerns with management.
• Supports management in achieving budgeted goals.
• Follows ergonomic and safety procedures; operates equipment safely.
