Job summary

Photon Brothers in San Luis Obispo is seeking a part-time Warehouse Associate to maintain an organized, efficient warehouse. 20–25 hours weekly, with hours typically 12pm–4pm, Monday through Friday, and a pay range of $20–$23.50 per hour. Eligible for Teladoc sessions.

Responsibilities include tracking solar components, receiving deliveries, stocking shelves, packing for installation teams, and conducting inventory audits. Forklift training provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse or inventory management experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems, or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well with others in a fast paced environment.
• Forklift certification preferred; if not certified, must be willing to undergo training.

Position Overview: This position will be based out of our San Luis Obispo, CA location.

We are looking for a Part-Time Warehouse Associate (20 to 25 hours) to help maintain an organized, efficient, and safe warehouse environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands on work, has great attention to detail, and wants to be part of the growing renewable energy industry.

This role requires work Monday through Friday, with ideal hours between 12pm and 4pm.

Pay for this position is $20 to $23.50 per hour, depending on experience. This role is eligible for free Teladoc (general medical and mental health) sessions.

This role will be posted until September 25, 2026 at a minimum, or until the role is filled.
