Job summary

Capstone is hiring Warehouse Associates for a part-time, early-morning shift in Michigan. The role runs Monday–Friday from 2:30 AM to 8:00 AM, paying $18 per hour plus production bonuses. You will join a fast-paced, high-energy team that values reliability and results.

Key duties include loading, unloading, selecting, palletizing, auditing and housekeeping within a busy warehouse. Prior warehouse or equipment experience is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate.

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Lift and carry 25-75 lbs; materials vary.
• Prior warehouse/equipment experience preferred; training available.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of warehouse tasks including loading, unloading, selecting, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, cleanup.

SHIFT AVAILABILITY:

Monday - Friday 2:30 AM - 8 AM *This is a part-time opportunity

PAY:

$18/hourly + production

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
