Job summary

Capstone is seeking Warehouse Associates to join a high‑performance team. This role involves loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, and maintaining a clean work area.

Ideal candidates are energetic, able to handle a fast-paced environment, and willing to train for the right person. You’ll join a company that values hard work and community impact, with weekly pay and benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Must be a high-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Work is fast paced and physically demanding.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred, but training is available.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload shipments, select orders, and haul freight.
• Audit inventory, repack, sort, palletize, and maintain pallet integrity.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety rules.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by site leadership.

The Opportunity:

Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical

Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary

Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
