Job summary

Capstone Logistics LLC is hiring a Warehouse Associate for Holt, MI. The shift runs Monday through Friday from 1:30 AM to 6:30 AM (Completion). This role involves loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, and site housekeeping under the supervision of site leadership.

We seek a high-energy, physically fit worker who can handle 25–75 lbs regularly. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Lift 25-75lbs and handle varying materials.
• Prior warehouse experience is preferred but on-the-job training is available.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials.
• Select, palletize, and sort items.
• Audit and repack as needed.
• Maintain clean work area and follow safety guidelines.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
