Job summary

Hackbarth Delivery Service, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team in a role that supports efficient handling and distribution of goods.

The position runs 4:00 AM to 9:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with responsibilities including sorting, organizing shipments, and preparing items for distribution. Responsibilities include processing returns, operating pallet jacks and forklifts, and ensuring safety and accuracy in all tasks.

Qualifications

• One year Sit- Down LP Forklift experience required.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year Microsoft Office experience required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures/non-climate controlled environment.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must push/pull/drag/lift 50 lbs.
• Work efficiently with minimal supervision.

• Prepare outgoing shipments with packaging and labeling.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Load and unload inbound and occasional outbound LTL loads.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
