Job summary

Hackbarth Delivery Service Inc. is seeking a part-time Warehouse Administrative Clerk in Mobile, Alabama. The role involves clerical duties, data entry, and standard forms, with a focus on accuracy and data management.

Competitive pay is $18.00 per hour, with a Monday–Friday shift from 12:00pm to 5:00pm. Prior warehouse or admin experience is preferred, and forklift certification is considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics training is a plus.
• Experience in a warehouse or administrative role.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient with inventory software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Input and maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse data.
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments including order entry, packing, and shipping coordination.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams for timely order updates.
• Assist in scheduling deliveries and liaise with carriers to ensure on-time shipments.
• Provide support to customers with inquiries and order updates.
• Assist warehouse managers with administrative tasks.
