Job summary

The Sands College of Performing Arts at Pace University is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented part-time Wardrobe Supervisor to lead backstage wardrobe operations across productions. You will work under the department supervisor, Costume Shop Manager, and Director of Production to ensure smooth costume logistics.

Responsibilities include leading the wardrobe crew, coordinating quick changes, maintaining wardrobe paperwork, managing costume loads, and upholding safety standards in dressing rooms

Qualifications

• BA or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years of experience in wardrobe/production.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead a backstage crew.

Responsibilities

• Lead the backstage wardrobe crew on each production.
• Train seasonal staff and maintain a safe working environment.
• Review costume pieces and costume plots with designers.
• Coordinate dressing room assignments and quick changes.
• Create wardrobe paperwork and inventory documentation.
• Load in/strike costumes and set up dressing rooms.
