Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort is hiring for a front-of-house role. You will greet guests, take orders, verify IDs for alcohol, and ensure high guest satisfaction through attentive service and accurate order fulfillment.

Role requires flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts, with emphasis on teamwork and professional, discreet conduct in a busy casino dining environment.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass background check as per employment eligibility.
• TiPS Certification required for responsible alcohol service.
• Native American preference shall apply to all positions.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and food service principles.
• Knowledge of basic math and arithmetic.
• Knowledge of all menu items including entrees, sides, beverages, non-alcoholic and desserts.
• Ability to create a friendly atmosphere and provide excellent guest service.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and take food and beverage orders from guests.
• Check IDs to verify alcohol age requirements.
• Maintain guest attention throughout dining experience to meet service standards.
• Restock and clean by opening/closing side work; polish glassware and silverware.
• Set up tables, trays and carts for service.
• Maintain cleanliness in restaurant, wait station, and service areas per health standards.
• Promote and upsell products and resort amenities.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external guests and resolve concerns.
• Maintain confidentiality and present a professional demeanor at all times.
